Cinderella-esque cushion

This reminds me of the Cinderella story I read as a child.  My book had a glass slipper belonging to Cinderella being carried on a cushion similar to this.

This cushion has two lace flowers decorated with white glass beads in the centre, and at each corner are Mother of Pearl Drop beads giving a right Cinderella finish!.
